Herbal Vodka Lemonade
It is hot in North Carolina. It is hot everywhere, in general.
Climate change is a bitch.
But you know what isn’t a bitch?
Vodka. The answer is vodka. Vodka is lovely and decent, and she’s the opposite of a bitch, whatever that may be. You, however, may be a bitch when you have vodka, but that’s neither here nor there.
Regardless, here is a simple, refreshing recipe for a vodka lemonade.
Ingredients
1 oz of Kettle One Botanical Peach & Orange Blossom
3 oz lemonade
1 tsp of simple syrup
1 sprig of rosemary
Step One:
Take a mortar and pestle, or some other instrument, and do a bit of bashing to release the aromatics. Then place the sprig in your glass.
Step Two:
Pour your vodka over the rosemary and then set your glass in the fridge for about 10 minutes so the rosemary has time to settle in.
Step Three:
After 10 minutes have passed, take the glass out of the fridge and add the simple syrup and lemonade.
Step Four:
Give it a bit of a stir, and you are done! You are now the proud owner of one herbal vodka lemonade! This drink is great for slow, humid evenings and hot nights.
